Robert Half HR Coordinator in Woodbridge, New Jersey

Description We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator. This role primarily focuses on providing comprehensive HR support and services in a warehousing environment. This role offers a unique contract employment opportunity. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for answering employee inquiries, understanding employment law, data entry, and coordinating new permanent orientations.

Responsibilities: • Answering employee questions regarding FMLA in person or on the phone • Demonstrating a basic understanding of employment law • Performing data entry tasks and maintaining basic HRIS entries • Answering benefits questions • Setting up and coordinating new permanent orientations • Utilizing skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, About Time, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, and Payroll. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Familiarity with About Time software

• Experience in conducting Background Checks

• Understanding of Benefit Functions within a business context

• Expertise in Compensation Administration

• Familiarity with Compliance regulations and procedures

• Experience in managing Payroll operations.
