We are seeking a talented NOC Engineer to join our innovative team that thrives on solving complex challenges. This is a second-shift role where you will be responsible for taking escalations from various teams, including the current NOC individuals on the team. The engineers are too busy to take escalations from these teams and we need individuals to take the escalations and resolve them before having to escalate higher.

 As a NOC Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our critical systems and ensuring our clients’ satisfaction and overall business operations. Your quick thinking and problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot Azure-related issues. You will work alongside seasoned professionals and gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies like Azure, Virtual Backups, and CyberArk. The role requires skills in Azure troubleshooting fundamentals, Active Directory experience, and virtual backup know-how.

You will also be responsible for job scheduling and monitoring using Control M and SolarWinds. The ideal candidate should have experience in Vmware, server administration, SRE, site remediation, Windows server, Azure, networking, automation, Azure active directory, Virtual Backups, CyberArk, Noc, Cloud, and DevOps.
