Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR Supervisor to develop new HR policies and procedures that meet internal requirements and align with our company’s mission and values

  • Serve as an advisor to other staff members regarding internal HR policies

  • Oversee attendance, overtime and complete payroll process.

  • Serve as a mediator in employee conflict and decide on corrective actions when required

  • Assist the line managers in the performance appraisal process, such as scheduling meetings and filling the performance appraisal forms

  • Support compliance with all relevant local legislation.

  • Maintain employees personal files.

Requirements and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field

  • At least 2 years of experience as HR Supervisor.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR practices, administration, and state and labor laws

  • Experience using HRIS, such as Bayan

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Expertise in conflict management and great relationship-building skills

  • Ability to take initiative and maintain confidentiality.
