ScentAir is a fast-growing private company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA. Offices are also located in Hong Kong, the Netherlands (Rotterdam), France (Toulouse), the United Kingdom (London) and Australia (Melbourne). This function reports to the office in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

In order to meet our strong international ambitions and maintain our growth strategy, we are recruiting a Selling Sales Manager Germany.

Your missions:

  • Develop your sector by prospecting, identifying and generating, while managing the German sales team, new business opportunities (Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, Real Estate, Automotive...)

  • Qualify, build and methodically manage your team of 5 Account Executives

  • Continuously develop and update your product knowledge

  • Expand the German network, engage in new business opportunities and set up additional hunting licenses

  • Travel to be planned within the German region to regularly visit and support your team members in the field and regularly to the Rotterdam office

Manages sales activities of organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates when applicable.

· ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

· Directs sales forecasting activities individually and for the Account Executives under your supervision

· Analyzes CRM reports and Dashboards to formulate policy, enforce benchmarks.

· Assisting Account Executives with maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and selling new accounts.

· Prepares month end sales reports showing sales volume, pipeline, activities and areas of proposed client base expansion.

· Research, identify, and generate new business opportunities via the phone, web and onsite visits

· Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline

  • Maintain a high volume of activity focusing on multiple touchpoints including outbound calls, emails, and social selling in a transactional, yet consultative, environment

  • Exceed monthly, quarterly and annual personal and Team sales quotas and are intensely focused on consistent execution of proven sales methods

  • Continually updates knowledge of products and application to ensure understanding of use in customer business applications

  • Works well with minimal supervision taking initiative to develop personal improvement and career advancement

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Directly supervises 4+ Account Executives while also selling in a designated ADI (territory). Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Job responsibilities include planning individual success while coaching and developing a team of assigned Account Executives.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or eight years’ sales experience with at least five years in sales management or equivalent combination of education and experience. Remote management experience is a must.

· Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-management, internal and external customers.

· Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.

The travel required for this position is 50% to 70%, including customer visits.
