Insight Global Technician (California) in Union City, California

Job Description

* 2+ years of experience as a support technician handling equipment, imaging, and basic computer troubleshooting

* Knowledge and competency with ServiceNow ticketing system (or similar)

* Enterprise level experience, handling tickets for 500+ users

* Strong communication, reliability, and eagerness to grow. Personality is MAJOR!!!

Skills and Requirements

* One of Insight Global's clients is looking for a Support Technician to join their team. This will be an onsite role in the Union City CA area that will require the resource to be onsite M-F 8am to 5 pm. The technician will be the first point of contact for the business partners of IT for all equipment related requests related to new hires, offboarding, break fixes, and computer replacements. They must be a reliable individual who works well with teams, is eager to grow, has a good VP-level presence, good technical skills. null
