Sr Accounts Payable Specialist responsibilities will include:

· Process and payment of invoices in fast paced, high volume environment

· Cod non-purchase order invoices and obtain proper approvals

· Processing payments for check runs - full process of match and attach

· Daily balance A/P transactions

· Research and investigate discrepancies, working inter-departmentally

· Monthly review and verify open receivers for items not related to inventory

Skill and Experience Requirements for the Sr Accounts Payable Specialist :

• 3+ yrs of AP processing exp required - manufacturing company dealing with 3 way matching, inventory and expense items

• Associates degree in accounting or related field

• Knowledge of genl acct practices and good understanding of accruals and prepaid accounts

• MS Word, Excel and Outlook

• Strong organization and problem-solving skills

• Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable

· Team player, excellent communication skills - verbal and written

• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel

Pay is $30 hr
