Reporting directly to the Controller, the Accountant will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including month-end close, account recs, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions. responsibilities:

• Cash reporting

• Account recs

• Researching and resolve discrepancies

• Reconcile intercompany transactions

• Maintain fixed assets and depreciation

• Assist with audit

• Analyze cost absorption, material, and labor variances.

• Month end journal entries

• Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations.

• Prepare and distribute monthly P&L reports

• Sales & Use tax returns.

• Assist AP and AR

qualifications:

• BS in Finance or Accounting

• Five plus years of accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems

• Experience with GAAP

• Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables and VLookups)
