Intel Quality Systems Engineer in San José, Costa Rica

Job Description

As a Quality Systems Engineer you will directly support the implementation and improvement of our Quality Systems and collaterals associated to ISO 9001:2015 Standards. You will primarily support all the activities related to Document Management Information Systems to support a flawless and effective operation in an HVM Factory.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

  • Advanced communication and presentation skills needed to influence the quality culture across the organization.

  • Highly Proactive and with good problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Relevant experience can be obtained through schoolwork, classes and project work, internships, and/or work experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other related field.

  • 2+ years of combined experience in:

  • Quality Systems Management in Electronics Industry or similar.

  • Working in Multidisciplinary / Multicultural Teams.

  • Document Management activities.

  • Advanced English Level.

  • Must have Costa Rican Work Permit.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ISO9001:2015 requirements and auditing is a strong plus.
