You work with functions and business units to develop strategic roadmaps and to plan agreed-to outcomes. In this role, you ensure that commitments are met, and serve as the point of contact for Mondelēz International Digital Services.

You will offer your support on issues and challenges that arise in the processes used in the shared services team and/or with third-party suppliers. In addition, you will support internal and external continuous improvement initiatives and see business projects through to completion. You will also contribute to operational processes by ensuring that key performance indicators and performance management targets are met and by sharing best practices and supporting the super key user community.

More about this role

What you need to know about this position:

As a Master Data Specialist, your responsibilities involve monitoring and create key performance indicators (KPIs) for the end-to-end data collection process in the LATAM region for the main objects of our system. You also provide guidance to business users based on their needs and additionally, assist with implementing data standards, ownership, and data replication to ensure data quality and compliance. Furthermore, you will be participating in additional master data initiatives aligned with the Data Management Cluster leads.

Education / Certifications:

  • Academic background in Systems Engineering, Industrial engineering or related field.

Job specific requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Background experience in data management, information tracking, data input and process follow-up throughout KPIs monitoring and insights generation.

  • Participation in E2E project management with a data approach.

  • Proficiency in data management tools such as Excel, Tableau, PowerBI or related, designing and building dashboards.

  • Experience in FMCG, retail or multinational companies.

Work schedule:

Hybrid in Peru, Colombia or Ecuador.
