AIG 2024 - Early Career - General Insurance, Claims Analys in Quito, Ecuador

Proposed Responsibilities of the Fraud Investigator:

a. Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent claims, utilizing various investigative techniques, including data analysis, interviews, and surveillance.

b. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, legal teams, and other industry stakeholders to gather evidence and support criminal prosecution, if necessary.

c. Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies, policies, and training programs to educate employees and policyholders on fraud detection and prevention.

d. Stay updated on emerging fraud trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the effectiveness of fraud detection and investigation processes.

e. Provide regular reports and analysis on fraud trends, investigation outcomes, and recommendations for process improvements to senior management.

Profile:• At least 3 years of experience in areas of Investigations for the Insurers Companies • Having experience in conducting investigations, including interviewing witnesses, gathering evidence, partnerships and collaborations with law enforcement agencies, regulatory bodies, will lead to have an efficient process.• Excellent oral and written communication skills required. • Two to four years relevant experience investigating claims, lawsuits and/or incidents. • Experience with utility software applications. • Bilingual skills • Bachelor's Degree minimum of 2 years relevant work experience preferred
