A well respected, growing plaintiff's personal injury firm is adding Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorneys to their team. The role entails handling cases from intake through claims, liability and settlement (ie all the way up until litigation, should the case go to litigation). Position requires (1) an active license to practice law in Massachusetts OR Rhode Island OR a UBE score of 276+ in the last two years and (2) excellent communication and negotiation skills. Role is 99% remote outside of occasional in-person client meetings, so candidates must be able to commute into the Providence office up to 2x/month. First year compensation is $85,000. Earning potential of $150,000-200,000 after 12-18 months. Position includes excellent training and benefits.
