Aerotek Production Control Coordinator in Pensacola, Florida
Production Control Coordinator Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Directs and coordinates activities related to planning, scheduling and development of new projects Master Plan
Maintains Work Order Schedule and distributes to production
Work with Engineering to develop plan & schedule for: a. R&D Projects b. Rework Projects c. Job Specific Projects d. Support creation of BOM
Work with Sales & Service to develop plan & schedule for: a. Customer orders b. RMA & warranty claims c. Product shipments
Develop and maintain Open Order Report
Work within the Abas system to analyze labor and materials for orders
Responsible for production inventory of items, to include cycle counting, annual inventory
Support the finance team in providing Abas data or requests
Willing to train, cross train and train others
Support maintaining inventory for Electronic and Mechanical areas of production to include inventory transfers for Sales and Service functions
Support the ISO system development and maintaining of the system
Be a strong proactive lead for internal and external activities
Support the shipment of customer orders and products and support receiving functions as necessary
Regularly lift/move up to 10 pounds
Responsible for keeping work area clean and free of clutter and debris
Perform any other actions assigned by immediate supervisor or management team Requirements,
Skills and Qualifications:
Supply Management, Organization, Customer Service, Documentation Skills, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Manufacturing Quality, Cost Knowledge *Associates Degree or experience equivalent *Must be able to read basic schematics and electrical prints *Highly Organized *Must be able to multi-task *Work Independently *Detailed oriented *Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel intermediate level)
