nVent Refrigeration Lab Engineer in Pegognaga, Italy

Job Description:
Lead a team of 2 people to follow and validate all the thermodynamic tests that are usually done in our test chambers for chillers and air conditioners.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Manage laboratory staff.
Draw up reports with the help of dedicated software.
Plan the tests in agreement with Production or the Technology Manager
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams.
Ability to use and manage laboratory instrumentation.
Support to the Quality Department for the periodic calibration of the instrumentation
Skills
Good knowledge of the reverse Carnot cycle (refrigeration cycle)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Inclination towards teamwork.
Knowledge of written and spoken English
Education
Minimum bachelor’s degree in energy or related field
Experience
Previous experience in the refrigeration sector preferred.
