Robert Half HR Coordinator in Phoenix, Arizona

Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a HR Coordinator. As part of the HR department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations, primarily focusing on the administration of human resources policies, procedures, and programs. Your responsibilities will span across a variety of HR functions including data entry, benefits administration, reporting, and employee onboarding and offboarding.

THIS ROLE IS BASED IN PHOENIX ARIZONA - ANY OUT OF STATE APPLICANTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into various HR systems including ADP Workforce Now.

• Conduct regular reviews of healthcare benefits bills, identifying discrepancies and taking necessary steps to rectify them.

• Generate and submit employee data reports based on schedules and ad-hoc requests to support internal audits, compliance filings, and other business activities.

• Maintain and update digital employee files and records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Provide accurate data inputs for payroll in relation to employee pay, status changes or adjustments.

• Prepare employee pay and status change letters based on templates and data spreadsheets. Ensure these documents are sent for signature to employees and managers.

• Monitor and follow up on key employee processes, tracking completion and addressing any outstanding items.

• Manage and schedule all employee onboarding and offboarding activities, coordinating with incoming/outgoing employees, managers, and other internal stakeholders.

• Adhere to and maintain accurate internal written processes and procedures related to your role.

• Set-up and monitor People Ops Compliance Training.

• Verify employee vaccination records prior to in-person company events.

• Perform other HR related administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements • Proficiency in HRIS - Human Resources Information Systems

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now software

• Understanding and application of HR Policy

• Experience in employee Onboarding process
