JPMorgan Chase Strategy Manager- Vice President in New York, New York

The Firmwide AI Management team is seeking a talented candidate to join a small team to lead transformational improvements to process, technology, and organizational constructs supporting Artificial Intelligence(AI) / Machine Learning( ML) across the firm. This individual will work closely with the firm's Chief Data and Analytics Officers, Engineering teams and Corporate Functions (e.g., compliance, Legal, cybersecurity) supporting AI/ML development, and Data & Analytics teams across the firm.

As a Strategy manager, your role has a strategic mindset and a true desire to fundamentally shape how Artificial Intelligence(AI) / Machine Learning( ML) efforts are led and shaped across the firm. This position represents an excellent opportunity for candidates to: Drive execution of the Firm's highest priorities and top strategic initiatives within AI / ML-Develop an expertise in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, and use cases across Financial Services-Hone problem solving, communications and leadership skills in an environment of active mentorship and coaching to address top strategic priorities-Apprentice under and impact the agendas of senior management.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop Independently own and execute project workstreams within the Chief Analytics Office from inception to completion

  • Lead working groups, problem solving and brainstorming sessions that prepare analysis to support leadership decision making

  • Collaborate strong relationships with key AI/ML related functions firmwide, establishing a deep network and understanding of the firmwide AI/ML landscape

  • Develop innovative solutions to support the transformation of the organization into an AI and data driven culture while also informing the firmwide AI/ML strategy

  • Support the overall agenda of the firmwide AI/ML senior governance bodies such as the Applied Commercial Intelligence Council, driving critical topics for accelerating and adopting AI/ML across the firm

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, business management, analytics, or hands-on program management in a complex and dynamic environment

  • Strategic mindset with deep intellectual curiosity

  • Exceptionally strong client management and executive-level communication skills

  • Ability to define and drive a delivery roadmap inclusive of milestone deliveries and the associated status reporting

  • Self-starter and must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision

  • Anticipates and resolves issues with a sense of urgency

  • Adapts to a rapidly changing business and technical environment

  • Experience in Financial Services industry is preferred

  • Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback from peers

  • Superior command of Powerpoint and Excel

  • An interest in AI and Machine Learning; familiarity with AI/ML concepts would be beneficial

Base Pay/Salary

New York, NY $120,000.00 - $225,000.00 / year
