This is a fully remote position that can be based anywhere in the United States.Responsibilities:• Deliver high-quality software. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain key Capsule systems that solve customer pain points. • Own and build key components of Capsule’s internal systems.• Write high-quality, clean code.• Provide mentorship through code reviews and architecture discussions.• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve customer and logistical issues. • Help recruit highly capable engineers.Job Requirements:A bachelor’s degree or the foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field, plus 2 years of experience as a software developer/engineer or in a similar role/occupation. The required experience must include the following:• 2 years of experience writing production code.• 2 years of experience with Python.• 2 years of experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL.• 2 years of experience with system designs and architectural patterns.• 2 years of experience with software deployment tools such as or similar to AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, or Maven.• 2 years of experience with Redis.

Minimum Salary: 185,000 Maximum Salary: 200,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
