What You Will Do:

Influences leadership across the organization to optimize service level and inventory. Coach and develop team of supply planners split between launch and basic. Animate cross-division/supply chain priorities. Responsible for the stock equation (confirmation and inventory) and ensures the quality of the demand requirements for the brands they manage.

  • Influences decision making in performance improvement and resolves obstacles.

  • Participate and lead cross functional project teams.

  • Analyze specific trends to determine risks & opportunities.

  • Manage launch and basic stock strategy at the SKU level for multiple métiers.

  • Facilitate/lead monthly meetings with stakeholders such as GM, Sales, Marketing and Finance to review risks

  • Responsible for monthly Procurement cycle, influencing and collaborating regularly with France GS&OP to ensure best interest of US Affiliate are secured.

  • Work closely with the Promo and Development teams on promotional programs.

  • Investigate daily/weekly cuts to identify causes and work to find solutions.

  • Responsible for diverse catalogue split between two GMs (Valentino, Prada, Viktor & Rolf, Mugler, Azzaro, Ralph Lauren, Maison Margiela)

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field is required.

  • 7-9 years prior experience working in Supply Chain is required.

  • SAP or equivalent experience.

  • Prior supervisor/management experience

  • Level of experience is differentiated by an individual’s experience level and the scope and complexity of the business unit.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:

Salary Range: $140,100 - $172,720 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
