What you will do:

As a Securities Support Associate, you will be a vital part of our team, collaborating with our advisors to enhance our investment advisory services and maintain an exceptional client experience.

Your role will include:

• Operational Support: Guide clients through setting up new accounts, executing trades, and updating essential service details like bank and beneficiary information.

• Meeting Preparation: Craft detailed materials for client meetings, including model information, money movement summaries, market commentary, and performance data, to ensure advisors are well-prepared and clients are well informed. Gather data as needed.

• Client Interaction Support: Take part in periodic reviews. Accurately record meeting notes and conversation outcomes. Ensure follow-through to keep our services top-notch.

• Investment Assistance: Offer support via phone and email, monitor account activities, and help troubleshoot operational tasks to maintain smooth, accurate transactions.

• Team Involvement: Act as a backup for other team members essential duties when needed. Participate in business planning and workflow enhancements.

  Who you are:

• Securities Licensed Professional: You hold Series 6/63/SIE or 7/63/SIE licenses

• Communicator and Collaborator: Your effective communication skills make you a client service star and a dependable team player.

• Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for detail, whether managing data, overseeing accounts, or preparing financial reports.

• Ethical and Accountable: Integrity is non-negotiable; you approach all aspects of your work with honesty and responsibility.

Preferred qualifications:

• Familiarity with business tools like Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and investment analysis software or managed account operating systems is a plus.

• Additional education and licensing: You are insurance licensed in the state of Minnesota, or open to becoming licensed. You are committed to ongoing education.

• Previous financial services industry experience will help you hit the ground running.
