The Opportunity

Due to our rapid growth, we're seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team and play a critical role in optimizing our revenue engine. You will be responsible for managing our key marketing, sales, and customer success technology platforms, including HubSpot, Seamless, and LinkedIn. This role will be instrumental in streamlining processes, ensuring data integrity, and driving revenue growth across all channels.

THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE JOB BASED IN MINNEAPOLIS

Responsibilities:

  • Technology Management:

  • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of HubSpot, Seamless, and LinkedIn.

  • Ensure efficient data flow and integration between these platforms and our CRM system.

  • Identify and implement new tools and technologies to enhance the revenue operations function.

  • Process Optimization:

  • Analyze current sales, marketing, and customer success processes.

  • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

  • Implement process automation to eliminate manual tasks and improve team productivity.

  • Data & Analytics:

  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track revenue team performance.

  • Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to leadership and revenue teams.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to understand their needs and challenges.

  • Develop and implement strategies to align technology and processes with business goals.

  • Foster open communication and collaboration across revenue-generating departments.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in revenue operations or a related field.

  • Proven experience in managing marketing automation platforms like HubSpot.

  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Seamless and/or LinkedIn for sales or marketing purposes.

  • Experience developing and implementing revenue operations strategies.

  • Experience with Hubspot or other CRM systems.

  • A passion for data-driven decision making.
