This position will involve cellular immunology approaches (flow cytometry, cell culture stimulations), molecular approaches (CRISPR), and the immunization of mice followed by tissue collection and analysis. Responsibilities * (30%) Assist in immunology research focused on T cell and NK cell responses to infection. * (30%) Participate in data collection and analysis involving both cell culture assays and mouse tissues. * (20%) Support the ongoing experiments being conducted by graduate students and postdoctoral fellows in the laboratory. * (10%) Assist with maintenance of the mouse colony. * (10%) Other duties as assigned. Qualifications All required qualifications must be documented on application materials. Required Qualifications: * BA/BS in a science related field or a combination of education and experience to equal four (4) years. * Have laboratory experience. * Willingness to work with mice for research studies.
