Here, you will make an impact by:Lead the Scientific Affairs and Education Operations, Meeting Planning team in planning innovative and world-class educational events.Conduct the strategic development & implementation of the SAE Cvent process globally for SAE Educational Events.Ensure the HCP travel strategy & process globally is compliant and customer first.Lead the continuous improvement program for the Solventum Dental Solutions Educational Events.Develop & execute the training for internal team members on meeting planning processes & best practices.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND Eight (8) years of operational management experience in event planning in a professional or corporate environment or a meeting management position.ANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:2 years of experience utilizing the Cvent management software.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience with SmartSheets, Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.One (1) year of experience working with compliance requirements for Health Care Professionals.in a private, public, government or military environment.An understanding of the complex world of compliance for Health Care Professional events within a life science company including understanding Meal Caps, State & Country Laws, Transfer of Value reporting, and other compliance requirement.Ability to work well under pressure and quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Ability to work flexible work hours due to global nature of department.Must possess solid project management skills.Work location:Remote - USATravel: May include up to 10% domestic or internationalRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
