Here, you will make an impact by:Strategize and execute the development of multifaceted training programs for Global Logistics and Distribution personnel, meticulously designed to align with organizational objectives and industry standards while addressing diverse skill levels and learning stylesProactively research, analyze, and integrate the latest trends, technologies, and regulatory updates pertinent to global logistics and distribution into training materials, ensuring relevancy and effectiveness in preparing personnel for evolving challenges and opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally to conduct comprehensive needs assessments, identifying specific training requirements and opportunities for skills enhancement within the Global Logistics and Distribution department, and tailor training initiatives accordinglyEstablish robust mechanisms for ongoing evaluation and feedback, leveraging metrics, surveys, and performance data to measure the impact and effectiveness of training efforts, and iteratively refine programs to optimize learning outcomes and operational performanceProvide personalized mentorship, coaching, and career development guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, professional growth, and excellence within the Global Logistics and Distribution teamYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (10) years of job-related experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational settingIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Prior experience in Logistics, Trade Compliance, and/or Distribution, demonstrating a solid understanding of the operational nuances and regulatory complexities within these domainsAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Proven track record of designing, implementing, and assessing training programs, grounded in a deep comprehension of adult learning principles and instructional desig methodologiesExceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective engagement and motivation of learners across various organizational levelsStrong leadership and project management skills, adept at cross-functional collaboration, multitasking, and delivering tangible outcomesProficiency in utilizing learning management systems (LMS), training evaluation tools, and other pertinent technology platforms to facilitate efficient and impactful training initiativesDedication to remaining updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory standards relevant to training and development, ensuring alignment with evolving organizational needs and industry requirementsWork location:Hybrid in MNTravel: May include up to 5% domestic and international travelRelocation Assistance: Is not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
