We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the manufacturing industry in Loveland, Colorado. The role entails handling account reconciliation, collections, and the ability to analyze discrepancies utilizing various customer account databases, and financial systems. This role is pivotal in maintaining accounting control and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting department.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient and accurate maintenance of accounts receivable and collections

• Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Handle account reconciliation, ensuring all accounts are balanced and discrepancies are resolved

• Research and resolve pricing discrepancies and database system issues

• Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and control within the accounting department

• Manage collections for assigned customer accounts nationwide

• Employ your skills in commercial collections to manage and collect delinquent payments

• Use your knowledge of accounting for efficient process improvement

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar position

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Cash Applications, and Cash Collections

• Familiarity with Commercial Collections

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Accounts Receivables systems

• Understanding of Accounting Control and Customer Account management

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines and work under pressure

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in business matters

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
