JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Must be a registered nurse that is licensed to practice in the state of Arkansas. Evidence of CPR and ACLS certification or training preferred.

Experience

One to two years ICU/CCU experience is desirable.

Physical

Perform a variety of technical functions required for Special Procedures under the direction of the Radiologist and the supervision of the Director of Imaging. Requires independent judgment, integrity, and initiative. Lifting up to 100 lbs. Carrying up to 40 lbs, Pushing/Pulling up to 350 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping and reaching.

JOB SUMMARY

Under the direction of a Radiologist and the supervision of the Director of Imaging, responsible for providing direct and/or indirect patient care. Incumbents are subject to overtime and call-back as required by the hospital. Documents patient condition, treatments, and care given. Requires independent judgment, integrity and initiative.
