You will be asked to select 2 possible departments out of the available options which are:

• Marketing – Hybrid

• Human Resources – Hybrid

• Sales & Distribution – Hybrid

• Information Technologies – Hybrid

• Finance – Hybrid

• Corporate Affairs – Hybrid

• Legal – Hybrid

• Supply Chain Non-Manufacturing – Hybrid

• Supply Chain Manufacturing – Full time on location during summer months & hybrid after the start of the school year (available locations: Elazığ, Nevşehir, Mersin, Bilecik, Alaşehir)

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for students full of energy, curiosity & passion with the following qualifications:

• Studying in the 3rd & 4th grades of universities,

• Will be able to continue the internship program at least 5 days a week in the summer period and 3 days a week for the fall semester (total 6 months),

• Having a career goal in FMCG,

• Good command of English.

How Will Your Application Journey Look Like?

After your application, you will be part of an outstanding selection process including;

• Pymetrics: gamification that includes 12 different games

• Hirevue: video interview including different sections

• Business Interview

• Offer

Please note: The applications will close mid-May and you will be advised about your eligibility to attend an interview. The program will start at the beginning of July 2024 after the selection process is completed.
