For our Digital Industries Customer Service Unit, we are looking for a Service Coordination Operator to be located in Kartal.
Create tickets for each service visits of the service experts in Field Setvices and Project groups.
Following incoming cases from other countries and fulfiling the service operation in coordination with related Siemens Companies and Customers in other countries.
Implementing escalation process being in contact with Siemens HQ Germany, in case necesssary.
Conducts administrative, mainly pre-defined support activities for service operations and delivery.
Processes incoming orders, inquiries and/or requests regarding products and/or services.
Performs order management for assigned customers, manages and files clients' information in the information system.
Supports customers in case of arising coordinational and administrative issues in service operation.
Drives complex issues and questions of customers as the first contact.
Cooperates with clients and sales representatives and service expert to clarify orders and issues.
Participates in investigating and resolving commercial problems.
