This position is primarily involved in managing customer orders and providing accurate quotes, while ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage customer orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

• Provide accurate price quotes to customers based on their specific needs

• Address various customer inquiries and provide timely assistance to ensure a positive customer experience

• Utilize digital platforms and CRM systems to manage customer information effectively

• Maintain a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks

• Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and effective manner

• Perform data entry tasks as needed to maintain accurate customer records

• Leverage computer skills to streamline processes and improve efficiency

• Prepare quotes based on customer requirements and company standards

• Monitor and update customer quotes as needed to reflect changes in pricing or product availability. Requirements • Proficiency in preparing, providing, and managing customer quotes.

• Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

• Proficient in computer skills including data entry and data management.

• Excellent ability to manage and organize pricing quotes.

• Strong typing skills for data entry tasks.

• Demonstrated ability to support sales teams in their functions.

• Strong customer service skills to handle queries and provide solutions.

• Proficiency in using various computer applications and software for data entry.

• Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
