Business Incident Consultant - Assistant Vice President The consultant will be responsible for providing project, business and production support for Payments products/applications. Project support includes roles such as project lead, subject matter expert, requirements definition, user acceptance testing, and implementation oversight. As needed, this position will be required to work weekends and evenings. This position works at the Comerica Great Lakes Campus -- Farmington Hills.

Position Responsibilities: * Lead business incident management during customer and/or operations impacting events. * Engage appropriate business, vendor, and/or technical teams for incident response. * Assess incident impact/status and communicate to stakeholders. * Develop and maintain incident playbooks, In conjunction with business and technology. * Track and report on application health related to technology, vendor, and PSS support. * Act in a lead and/or supporting role on projects of various sizes. * Represent client voice for user friendly and intuitive application design and requirements. * Establish yourself as a subject matter expert for assigned applications and products. * Act as a liaison between client group, technology group and production application support. * Provide production and business support and problem resolution for the supported applications. * Analyze trends and drive improvements to products and processes. * Ensure Business Continuity Plan is up-to-date and conduct annual department review. * Effectively work in a team environment and independently.

Position Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University OR 5+ years of Technical/Operations experience * 5 years of experience working with incident resolution or problem determination * 5 years of experience testing, validating, and implementing system changes * 5 years of experience in Project Management or experience performing a lead role in medium to large size projects * 5 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office/Access/SharePoint * Proficient in use of Microsoft Office/Access and Visio
