Pay: Pay Ranges from $19-$30 or could be more based on experience

Hours: This is a 2nd shift job HOWEVER, you will spend your first 2 months getting trained on the 1st shift working from 700am-400pm then change to 2nd shift after being trained. Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.

• Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

• Troubleshoot issues with printing equipment and make necessary repairs or adjustments.

• Coordinate with other team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Flexographic Print Operator or similar role.

• mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

• Knowledge of flexographic printing processes, including plate mounting, ink mixing, and color matching.

• Ability to read and interpret job orders, specifications, and production schedules.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• communication and teamwork skills.

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.

This is a 2nd shift job you will be training on the first shift for a couple months then will be transfered to the 2nd shfit after Training
