Unilever CPFR Analyst in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey
Background & Purpose of the Job
The Collaborative Planning, Forecast, & Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst position develops accurate replenishment forecasts and utilizes it to influence Kroger’s replenishment forecast, inventory levels, and purchase orders. This role will drive Supply Chain activities; capture all customer demand, reduce out of stocks, monitor inventory levels, help achieve sales goals, and maintain service levels. CPFR optimizes Kroger’s replenishment process as well as benefits Unilever’s Supply Chain by generating a more accurate customer forecast to be used for internal planning. Focus should be on promotional planning, volume spikes, seasonal activity and new item launches. Strong and constant business linkages and communication with Planning, CD and the customer are critical for success.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
Develop replenishment forecasts that capture customer demand, while achieving Out of Stock, Inventory, and Sales objectives. Facilitate reoccurring meetings with Kroger and Customer Development stakeholders to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations. Partner closely with Customer Development to develop realistic demand forecasts and stay up to date on all relevant demand factors. Communicate relevant changes in inventory, in-stocks, or POS Trends for internal forecasts to internal Supply Chain teams. Prioritize work load by using multiple internal and external reports effectively. Manage projects that are within the scope of driving Supply Chain or Customer Replenishment efficiencies. Closely monitor Kroger inventory and in-stock fluctuations which are critical to optimizing forecasts. Use data to improve Kroger’s replenishment process. Compile pertinent event data from the Sales team and Event Supply Planner.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
Undergraduate degree in relevant Business field (Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics)
1-3 years of relevant Analytical/forecast experience (Operational Planning and Forecasting)
Microsoft Excel skills required.
Requires exceptional communication skills across key internal/external business linkages, as well as someone who has strong leadership skills and is self-motivated.
Excellent data management and analytical skills required - knowledge of data manipulation, data mining, and data visualization is preferred.
Relationship Management exp, Supply Chain Academy or APICS a plus.
Alteryx or other data mining system experience preferred.
