Unilever Associate Supply Planning Manager, Yasso in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey

Background and Purpose of the Job:

As an Associate Supply Planning Manager, Yasso , you will be responsible for the execution of production planning within the assigned categories, balancing supply and demand by Region. Your objective is to manage the conversion of the demand planning signal into the production plan while balancing inventory levels, filling and component capacity, and customer service. You are the lead connection point between our local and global factories and the business. As a critical lead in the Supply Chain, you’ll need to be able to embrace Lean principles in planning. Cost optimization and network capacity management (short and long term) are key ongoing priorities with an emphasis on continuous improvement of process and outcomes.

How will you know the job is well done? Your key metrics include :

  • Customer Service performance

  • Inventory levels – working capital

  • Optimization of factory capacity

  • Gross Margin

  • Business Waste

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    You will have achieved at least the following milestones:

  • Bachelor's degree in in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Planning, Supply Chain or related business fields

  • 1-3 years of Supply Chain related planning experience.

  • A highly developed set of skills in quantification and analysis

  • Proficiency using Excel, PowerBI, Access, Powerpoint and MS Project

    Ideally, you’ll have worked in SAP APO & ECC as well as APICS, however those with good working knowledge of other ERP’s, panning modules and manufacturing planning modules may have success as well. Your communication skills will be strong with an ability to deliver complex information to a variety of audiences with impact. You’ll have a level of comfort working in “gray areas” and be agile to shift focus to an evolving set of priorities.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $84,400 to $126,600. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
