Title: dCommerce Associate Manager – Deodorants

Background & Purpose of the Job:

As the dCommerce Associate Manager for Deodorants, you’ll work closely with the dCommerce lead to drive performance for the US Deodorants E-Commerce business. You’ll support the optimization of core dCommerce pillars via portfolio, media, and content across e-retailers (like Amazon, Walmart.com and Target.com) to enable media engagement and drive sales in this exciting and fast paced environment for Unilever’s market leading brands in the Deodorants category.

What You’ll Do:

  • Performance Management: Manage operational business responsibilities including but not limited to budget management, pulling/analyzing e-retailer POS, analyzing media performance, and deep dives into the Unilever Deodorants business to gain insights to drive growth and competitiveness.

  • Competitiveness: Drive Deodorants competitiveness across e-retailers by keeping a pulse on competition and a strong understanding of market dynamics to ensure the business is set up to grow competitively. Conduct deep dives to understand consumer and competitor trends then implement plans for Unilever to win in market.

  • Vendor/Agency Support: Support dCommerce Lead in 3P agency management through execution of key media initiatives across all consumer touchpoints on retailer.coms. Includes managing retailer owned media, search, display, audience segmentation, measurement & optimization, and media planning.

  • Portfolio Expansion & Optimization: Work closely with dCom Portfolio team to bring innovation, core product expansion, and NRM (Net Revenue Management) initiatives to life across Amazon, WMT.com, Target.com, and other e-retailers.

  • Promotion/Site Merchandising & Building OMNI Shelf: Optimize digital shelf presence and brand performance by leveraging analytic tools and techniques to understand category performance.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Ideal Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Brand Marketing, Digital or eCommerce landscape

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Ability to think strategically, both from a brand as well as a category view

  • Clear demonstration of successful, consistent delivery to the business

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to provide innovative approaches in a team-based structure

  • Ability to deliver both verbal and written communication in a simple, compelling manner.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $84,400 to $126,600. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible. Benefits: Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
