Summary: vRad is looking for a dynamic individual to join our Technical Support team as an intern during the summer months. This individual will be involved in our summer hardware refresh, which will enhance the candidate s skills in customer support, hardware, and project focused work. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, coachable, dependable, and have a strong aptitude for face-to-face conversations or telephone conversations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Taking direction from project managers. Sending and receiving email with careful attention to detail and professionalism. Scheduling appointments in Microsoft Outlook. Providing technical support over the telephone when necessary. Other small office duties such as hardware testing & warranty work, inventory management, and other similar duties as assigned.
