Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in an analyst role

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or extensive equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA, CAIA or similar

• Bloomberg Proficiency

Job Summary

As a Securitization Analyst, you'll play a critical role in the newly formed and fast-moving Woodward Capital Management (WCM). This is a unique opportunity to join a new organization on the ground floor and immediately contribute to its success.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate market data and present trends on issuance, pricing, market participants, etc.

• Develop and maintain excel models to inform our rate sheets for pricing

• Track monthly performance of prior WCM sponsored transactions

• Support the creation of investor presentation materials

• Ad-hoc support of new transactions
