While reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Production Associate I (Fleetwood Operator) will be responsible for performing various manual or mechanical product functions by operating and adjusting production equipment. What you\'ll be doing *Operate machinery on the press line and maintain a steady flow of product. *Place product into bags and stack bags onto pallets. *Perform all quality assurance checks in a timely manner. *Inspects product throughout the shift notifies mechanic or shift supervisor or any quality defects. *Standing, stooping, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods *Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. *Perform repetitive finger/hand/wrist movements. *Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. *Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
