Job Description Summary
This is an entry-level position with great potential to learn and grow within the services, logistics, and project management functions. The F110 Contract Performance Team is seeking a self-motivated, team player, that thrives in a fast-paced environment and uses analytical approaches to solve customer problems and streamline processes related to F110 warranty and non-warranty maintenance.
Job Description

Coordinate with customer all aspects related to warranty and non-warranty repair process and preparation of claims.
Coordinate with sourcing and repair suppliers to execute the warranty and non-warranty repairs for RSAF parts.
Manage and administer the PROS bidding process for contract repair of parts rejected under warranty.
Oversee and organize logistic movements of repair parts between RSAF, GE, vendors, and all 3rd parties.
Act as a GE liaison between RSAF and repair 3rd parties such as S&K Aerospace, AFSAC and USAF.
Analyze factors that affects repair turn-around time and develop strategies for time and cost savings.
Support any required meetings related to RSAF repairs and claims process.
Plan parts shipping routes, analyze budgets, and process shipments to minimize cost for GE while meeting contract requirements.
Coordinate inventory, sales, orders, accounts, shipping, and delivery with the cross-functional GE team.
Conduct quality checks of customer orders and claims to ensure data integrity and prevent turn-backs.
Collaborate with customer, suppliers, and internal departments to identify opportunities for improving logistical operations.
Periodically report parts repair status to the GE Services Program Manager and other GE support functions.
Develop a strong customer relationship and serves as the interface between customer and GE.
Qua l i f i c ati o ns / R e q u i r e m en t s
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Project Management
Strong analytical abilities.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Ability to prepare aggregate reports using collected data.
Understanding of best practices in parts repairs and logistics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience working in the middle east.
Strong understanding of middle eastern culture.
Strong Arabic language proficiency.
Due to export control, this role requires the candidate to be a Saudi national living in the KSA.
Due to RSAF policy, this role may require the candidate to be able to obtain a Saudi security clearance.

Experience working in a matrix organization.
Knowledge of military contract’s requirements is desirable but not required.
Knowledge of F110 engine repair is desirable but not required.
Location
This position is co-located with Maintenance Depot of the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) in Dammam, Saudi Arabia
The location can also be remote within a commuting distance from RSAF Maintenance Depot in Dammam, Saudi Arabia
