We are seeking individuals with experience in all aspects of construction safety to perform safety audits, training and risk evaluation. Experience with industrial hygiene including familiarity with personal exposure sampling techniques is required. This position will be based out of our Plainville, CT; Cumberland, RI; and Worcester, MA (Manafort-Precision, LLC) offices. The successful candidate may be required to work third shift.

Safety Technician - Four year degree in Safety and Health or equivalent with less than one (1) year of safety experience or two year degree in Safety and Health or equivalent with less than (3) years of safety experience or less than five (5) years experience in building construction, with a working knowledge of safety/environmental principles and techniques.

Safety Manager -four year degree in Safety and Health or equivalentwith at least three (3) years of safety experience ormore than five (5) years experience in building construction, with a working knowledge of safety/environmental principles and techniques.

Must have a thorough understanding of all federal, state, and local regulations and the ability to recognize hazardous situations and recommend corrective measures. Good interpersonal and communication skills required. Candidate must have the ability to work a flexible schedule.
