Position Summary

In this newly created role, the Manager of FP&A will spearhead deeper financial analysis of the Front Store business by providing independent and trusted evaluations.

This role will work to build and maintain easily digestible tools and reports that answer complex business questions, promptly respond to ad hoc inquiries, and provide actionable recommendations to leaders through data driven insights.

This role will report to and assist the Director of Strategic Finance with analyzing business cases, tracking project deliverables, and reporting / presenting findings to our Leadership team to drive greater insights for their segment of the Front Store business. In addition, the successful candidate will need to understand how each initiative impacts our company’s strategy as well as the overall Enterprise goals.They should exhibit a proven ability to perform with a high degree of technical skill and accuracy under tight deadlines while managing multiple projects. In addition, they will create modern BI dashboards and visualization tools to help summarize business KPIs and provide the team with actionable recommendations to improve the business.

Required Qualifications 5+ years of retail finance experience including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

5+ years of Retail ERP systems and Microsoft Excel experience required.

5+ years experience providing P&L oversight and analysis

5+ years experience organizing and managing large data sets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of Retail or CPG industry experience

Ability to prioritize effectively to multi-task under tight deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and experience as a self-starter.

Education Bachelor's degree is required or equal experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$63,300.00 - $139,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
