Robert Half Human Resources/Payroll Accountant in Collierville, Tennessee

Description Are you passionate about streamlining HR processes and maximizing employee experiences? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinates pre-employment background checks and all candidates required to undergo drug screening for all candidates; Coordinates pre-employment physicals for plant locations; Participates in candidate lifecycle meetings with recruiting; Uploads Life cycle documents to ADP Document Cloud; Prepares and distributes offer letters; Maintains the onboarding and offboarding process, coordinating with managers, payroll, benefits and recruiting; Coordinates tuition reimbursements; Coordinates candidate expense reimbursements; Coordinates referral & sign-on bonuses; Works closely with hiring managers to obtain hiring requisitions and new permanent paperwork; Works closely with Senior Payroll Specialist and processes all payroll cycles (U.S. & Canada) using ADP WFN; Audits P/R change reports and payroll previews for each pay cycle; Collects separation/termination paperwork and ensures termination is processed in ADP; Maintains and conducts new permanent surveys, exit surveys, global engagement surveys; provides reports for surveys; Develops and Creates new processes to maximize ADP talent and onboarding experience; Communicates HR updates to managers and employees; Maintains and Updates the Global Headcount with any new hires and/or terminations for must be eligible to work in the U.S. and Canada; Processes verifications of employment requests; Assists and works with plants to maintain the PTO Awards for Attendance Incentive Program; Coordinates company leave time, accruals and auditing balances; Coordinates miscellaneous vendor invoices (add coding, obtain approvals submit to A/P); Provides HR reporting, EEO-1 reporting, ATS reporting, Demographics, Turnover report, Headcount report and requests from other departments; Compiles articles for company-wide newsletter Backup to the Senior Payroll/HRIS Specialist; Backup to the Benefits and Compensation Specialist; Additional duties assigned by Manager, as needed. Requirements Must have ADP experience. Strong Microsoft Excel with Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs 3-5 years Payroll processing 500+ employees 3-5 years HR generalist duties including benefits administration and back end work
