UC Health is hiring a full-time System Operations Director at the Office of COO, Physician Network. This individual provides support to the Physician Network division COO to provide coordination, oversight, and support on the implementation of strategic objectives and initiatives across ambulatory services and medical group operations. Responsible for coordinating a diverse project portfolio across the COO staff and UCP leadership to help facilitate effective communication across the leadership team and ensuring effective cross-functional coordination on all strategic projects and performance. • Manages, as appropriate and delegated by the COO, the operational, personnel, and financial aspects of the hospital division.
• Supports the COO in the development of business opportunities, setting strategies, and goals.
• Works in close collaboration with the COO and senior leaders, prepares agenda for standing meetings including COO staff meetings and select board meetings; prepares COO presentations and talking points for these meetings as needed.
• Stabilizes the complex network of many disciplines that work in concert to provide high-quality care.
• Effectively and discreetly manages communications and documents of a highly confidential and sensitive nature as needed.
• Provides operational support to VP Operations Ancillary Services as needed.

Consultant and Liaison:

Provides strategic support to the COO on project planning, management and execution, and coordinates initiatives and special projects for the COO and direct reports.

Serves as a key advisor to the COO in ongoing operations and strategy of UC Health.
