Description

We're looking for a Senior Accountant with expertise in NetSuite to lead our accounting team and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, as well as ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts and perform account analysis

• Supervise and mentor junior accountants and accounting staff

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Assist with financial reporting and analysis

• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial information

• Utilize NetSuite to manage financial data, generate reports, and perform accounting tasks

• Develop and implement financial processes and procedure

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably with NetSuite experience

• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial regulations

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in NetSuite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Certification in accounting (CPA) preferred

  Nice to Have:

• Experience with financial planning and analysis

• Knowledge of financial software and systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks)

• Experience with budgeting and forecasting

• Strong leadership and management skills
