iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

We are looking for a candidate for a VIE mission:

Junior Digital Real Estate & Workplace - VIE Contract (W/M)

Target start date: 01/09/2024

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the local implementation in the US sites.

• Support the Digital implementation of the real estate projects.

• Be responsible to coordinate with Global Digital Workplace Experience and deliver innovative Digital Solutions that enables the Department to achieve its business objectives in the US.

• Define program/project scope, goals, and deliverables with business.

• Contribute to the early phases of the program/project with Business stakeholders.

• Ensure the business value (desired outcome) of the program/project is defined, communicated.

• Identify the expertise and skills needed to achieve program/project’s goals/results.

• Prepare and effectively communicate program expectations to project managers, business partners, stakeholders.

• Facilitate and orchestrate end-to-end program/project development while setting and continually managing program expectations in i.e., Budget, Timelines and Risks with project leaders, vendors and other stakeholders.

• Be accountable for the final deliveries and consistency of the program solutions.

Key “MUST HAVE” competencies, skills & experiences

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Digital knowledge.

• Experience in Business Management.

• Experience in project management would be highly appreciated.

• Experience in Business Intelligence tools (Power BI) and some AI technologies would be appreciated.

• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Organization, attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills will be the keys to success in this mission.

• Effectiveness, team spirit and an ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.Must be self-motivated, communicative, and able to work both within a team.

• Autonomous and able to work with remote teams.

• English is a must.

• Driving license.
