IBM Talent Marketing Content Creator in Budapest, Hungary

Your Role and Responsibilities

Are you passionate about exploring ways to tell global employee stories to showcase our culture externally? Are you an excellent writer who understands how to use everything from a purposefully placed text snippet to in-depth storytelling? Are you sparked by the challenge of presenting complex concepts with clarity? Do you enjoy repurposing different mediums into new material?

We are looking for an experienced Content Creator to join our global Talent Marketing team. This role involves working with a small but mighty global team, spanning multiple time zones. The candidate will work on content creation and social strategies to drive impact and effectiveness of Talent Attraction in the Executive hiring space, while supplementing support across broader TA professional hiring. The content ranging from video, images, written-word, voice, graphics, and everything in between to support social, our careers blog, web, email, and other channels.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Content strategy development with the hiring team and participating IBM Executives

  • Creation of articles, blog posts, videos, and social media updates

  • Content distribution across platform and amplifying reach

  • Tracking analytics and outcomes / optimization for increased visibility

  • Evolve our content strategy to reach audiences in new ways, simplify processes and improve efficiencies to reduce time to market

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

What you will bring to the team:

  • Experience working in a Talent Acquisition function in an Employer Brand/Talent Marketing role

  • Deep knowledge of the general recruitment process and the ways that employer brand, social media and recruitment marketing can impact the candidate experience and recruitment campaign results.

  • Campaign execution and management experience

  • Producing and editing video content - you are able to edit videos, write great copy, and design eye-catching graphics and animations

  • Strong stakeholder management experience and a strong relationship builder / influencer

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

  • Understanding search engine optimization (SEO) and analyzing data to optimize content's performance

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience with the following are bonus points, but not necessary, you can learn them at IBM:

  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with a creative approach to work

  • An intuitive individual with the ability to manage change and proven time management

  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
