ADP Manager Payroll Implementation with French in Bucharest, Romania

Job Summary:

Within the France Implementation BU, the SBS Implementation Manager leads a team of Payroll Implementation Consultants responsible for configuring and deploying payroll solutions to SBS clients (<200 ees).

He/She coordinates the main information system development activities, coordinates resources and controls project milestones (information/data/programming/analysis). Develops, plans, analyses, estimates and sets up the priorities of the configuration activities, phases and agreed project deadlines. Additionally, he/she responds to and resolves client escalations during or after implementation. May be involved in pre-sales discussions or assist in developing proposals.

The SBS Implementation Manager is in charge of ensuring that the implementation processes are applied with consistent methodologies and comply with the SLA between the BUs and Romania.

He/She will ensure that all activities are performed in a manner that meets ADP and/or client expectations and ADP Service standards.

He / She has a direct relation with the CoE Senior Manager and is accountable for 4 areas:

  • Client experience, quality (measured by NPS)

  • People management

  • Process management

  • Business and productivity management

Responsibilities :

Coordinates the main information system development activities, coordinates resources and controls project milestones (information/data/programming/analysis). Develops, plans, analyses, estimates and sets up the priorities of the configuration activities, phases and agreed project deadlines.

For his/her team, he/she creates reviews, develops and communicates standard processes that ensure ADP commitments or exceed ADP contractual requirements.

Market leadership – client focused

  • Checks quality of the delivery to the client and always focuses on client experience

  • Manages client escalations together with the CoE Senior Manager

People leadership

  • Ensures that all team members have the appropriate training planned as defined in the job description

  • Reviews and improves training plans in coordination with the CoE Senior Manager

  • Participates in the recruitment process for new hires

  • Identifies talent, works with HR to ensure that the appropriate development plans are created

  • Works with the CoE Senior Manager to create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and cohesive team effort

  • Recognizes and celebrates team and team member accomplishments and exceptional performance

  • Maintains a healthy and correct team dynamic

Process leadership

  • Monitors day-to-day operations to guarantee that the Payroll Implementation Consultants work according to their defined role and meet our SLAs

  • Effectively and consistently manages process of changes (including roll-out and communication)

  • Constantly monitors operations (quality & SLAs)

  • Ensures ongoing coordination

Business leadership

  • Uses KPIs to manage productivity

  • Improves organization, process and tools using ADP WAY methodology

  • Manages Capacity plan in coordination with the CoE Senior Manager

Knowledge and Skill Requirements :

  • Expertise in the payroll implementation processes, tools and activities

  • An understanding of the client's trade, business and organisation (payroll calculations, law and human resources)

  • Knowledge in working with HR applications

  • Very good mastery of French and English, both orally and in writing, at minimum B2

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proven experience in a similar position or a minimum experience of 3 years as an End-to-End Implementation Consultant

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Client portfolio management

  • Time management
