What You Will Do Partner with Auburn CDC Leadership on Associate relations, and act as their HR liason. Collaborate on CDC strategy and execution with CDC Leadership Team. Provide guidance to Associates and Managers on interpretations of company policies and programs. Lead Associate development & succession planning initiatives. Implement, manage, and facilitate training programs. Enforce compliance and company policies to minimize risk. Produce, interpret, and communicate HR Analytics and take action. Assist in managing legal issues and employment matters. Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives. Collaborate on development of facility change management needs. Be point of contact for CDC/RDC Associates and HR liason for Managers company wide. Other duties as assigned. What You Will Bring: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Ability to see big picture and tie strategy to action. Thorough knowledge of employment related laws and regulations. Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects to completion and meet deadlines. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel. High empotional intelligence and broad people aligities. Knowledge of the methods and procedures used in collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data/HR metrics. 5 years of HR experience with a focus on Associate relations. PHR or SPHR certification required. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Office environment. 5 days a week onsite at the CDC. Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk working on a computer and phone. Able to lift 20 pounds at times. Some travel to Service Centers and Sonepar Corporate. Salary & Compensation: This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime. Pay is $109,500 to $125,000 annually + bonus DOE #LI-CR1 Why work for North Coast?
