As a Technical Asset Manager you work for a Customer at a regional level in Europe. What does the job involve? As a Technical Asset Manager you are responsible for the complete lifecycle of the architectural assets at the data centers in your region.

You work together with the facility management teams on location to manage all preventive maintenance tasks. You write multi-year maintenance plans and ensure that all assets meet the legal requirements.

· Identify faults and symptoms using established processes and procedures.

· Ensure all established policies and procedures are maintained. Maintain documentation of routine maintenance schedules, system configurations, applications, and technical reference materials.

· Oversee maintenance and repairs to the plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for the facility to keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.

· Direct the implementation of a preventive maintenance program to ensure that building machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life; oversee repairs and emergency maintenance as needed.

· Review inspections of building and industrial systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure the operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by the client.

· Coordinate compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.

· Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

· Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

· Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

· Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams.

· Work within broad guidelines and policies.

· Explain difficult or sensitive information.

• A starting salary from per month (depending on knowledge and experience);

• Number of hours per week: 40

• Location: work from home

• Travel allowance;

• 8.33% holiday pay, 25 days of holiday, up to 10 days of leave to purchase and 2 bonus days of leave if you have not been sick for 1 year;
