Position: Attorney (Plaintiff Litigation)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Attorney to join our plaintiff litigation team. This is a full-time permanent position with a hybrid work model, allowing for two days of remote work from home and three days in-office per week. The successful candidate will have a passion for plaintiff-side litigation and will be licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Missouri.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of plaintiff litigation cases from inception to resolution

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

• Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation process

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Admission to the bar in Illinois and Missouri

• 3+ years of experience in plaintiff litigation

• Strong litigation and trial skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and achieving favorable outcomes for clients

Requirements

• Must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Possession of a valid license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal field, preferably as an Attorney or Lawyer

• Demonstrated expertise in Litigation - Plaintiff
