Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a meticulous Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting accounting functions, managing daily invoices, creating billing statements, and directly communicating with clients. You will ensure the accuracy of records and take on special projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily accounting functions by accurately processing invoices

• Create and distribute weekly/monthly billing statements to various clients

• Post daily cash receipts from clients

• Directly communicate with clients for the collection of past due balances

• Handle credit card transaction processing

• Maintain accurate records in line with the company's standards

• Execute special projects as required

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks for data entry and accounting procedures

• Engage in client communications and conversations to resolve any issues

• Conduct account reconciliation and cash collections as part of the Accounts Receivable (AR) function. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role or in a similar capacity

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable (AR) management

• Prior experience in Billing and Cash Applications

• Demonstrated skills in Collections

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks is required

• Excellent client communication and conversation skills

• Experience in Credit Card Transaction Processing

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

• High level of integrity and trustworthiness

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is preferred
