About our Team

You'll be joining an international team that works on responding, solving and documenting incidents and techinical issues our clients report.

About the Role

You will work between our internal security engineering, incident response and external suppliers to identify, adopt and integrate security monitoring. You will oversee the incident response automation and supporting staff to effectively detect, respond and auto-remediate advanced threats.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to service incidents, identify causes, and initiate the incident management process.

  • Producing documents outlining incident protocols for various scenarios, including cybersecurity threats and server failures.

  • Collaborating with the incident management team to ensure adherence to protocols.

  • Logging all incidents and their resolutions to identify recurring issues.

Requirements

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field.

  • Have experience in IT service management and experience with IT systems and software such as Jira and ServiceNow.

  • Have knowledge of IT service management software, including ITIL and COBIT.

  • Be a problem-solver, have time management skills and ability to process a high volume of technical data.

  • Have project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.​
