Amazon Program Manager, Marketplace, Self-service Recruitment Channel in Sao Paulo, Brazil

Description

We are looking for a talented Program Manager to join our Marketplace team. The Program Manager will be responsible for scaling our Selling Partner Recruitment channel through programmatic initiatives. The role also has a strong business component, with ownership of performance metrics from sellers that joined Amazon through the self-service recruitment channel.

The Program Manager (PM) will develop scalable processes and strategies to drive seller success, create and automatize reports, understand seller's cohorts to personalize strategies and and will take a hands-on approach to executing those strategies as necessary. Part of the role will also consist in pushing internal teams to develop features that drive the success of those sellers.

Key job responsibilities

In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Build and manage programmatic initiatives to improve seller's adoption of different Amazon programs

  • Understand seller's profile, drive personalized communication based on their cohort/ lifecycle

  • Create processes to improve sales efficiency

  • Own key business metrics related to the seller self-service channel

  • Create and automatize reports to track seller performance in different programs

  • Partner with product and sales teams to improve the performance of different seller's cohorts

  • Facilitate weekly reviews with senior leadership, in collaboration with Amazon account management team and relevant PMs

  • Work with cross-functional teams (Account managers, Selection PM, Marketing managers, Ops, Delivery Experience, etc.)

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
